Our journey commenced in early 1988, when we started roasting Arabica Coffee Beans sourced from the "Garden Island” of Taveuni, Fiji. Since those early humble beginnings, our dedicated team has continually strived to bring you, our Customer, the very best in freshness and perfection in every bean, giving you that signature taste of Fiji Coffee.
We are Fiji's leading local Roastery & Coffee supplier, helping enhance Fiji's growing Coffee Culture and also providing International Coffee expertise.
In 1998, Fiji Coffee was founded by Mr. Neil Underhill, who was later joined by Mr. Tomu Suliasi, who became the late Master Roaster, helping with Fiji Coffee's daily operations. Alone, the two gentlemen roasted coffee beans, packaged & delivered to all customers. As the coffee culture grew, the team expanded.
Today, Fiji Coffee is a well-known brand in Fiji Hotels/Resorts & Hospitality. With Tom Suliasi passing his passion and dedication to roasting exceptional beans to his son Waisea Suliasi, we are proud to say that we are more than great coffee; the company has great heart and has grown to over 15 employees that share the same passion.
