From those humble beginnings, our dedicated team has consistently worked to deliver the freshest, highest-quality beans, embodying the unique taste of Fiji Coffee. As Fiji's premier local roastery and coffee supplier, we are proud to support the evolving coffee culture in Fiji while offering international expertise.
Founded by Mr. Neil Underhill and later joined by the late Master Roaster Mr. Tomu Suliasi, our company started with just the two of them roasting, packaging, and delivering coffee to our customers. As the coffee culture flourished, our team grew. Today, Fiji Coffee is a prominent name in Fiji’s hotels and resorts, and we take pride in being more than just a coffee brand; we are a passionate community of over 15 employees dedicated to our craft.
